# Instant Reports

***Instant Reports*** is a reporting screen that provides instant graphical reports.

## Daily Basis Report

***Daily Basis Report*** provides a report of a test result run on the system according to a specified date.

The following steps are followed to prepare this report;

1. Enter the following fields;

* Project List
* Report Date
* Status
* Add Usage Gauge

2. Click the ***Prepare Report*** button or ***Prepare Environment Report*** button.

After this stage, ***Download*** buttons screens are available to download the report in the desired format. Reports can be downloaded in pdf and excel format.

## Date Range Basis Report

***Date Range Basis Report*** is a reporting screen that allows test reports to be downloaded from this screen in the system with a maximum date range of 1 month.

The following steps are followed to prepare this report;

1. Enter the following fields;

* Project List
* Starr Date, End Date
* Status

2. Click the ***Prepare Report*** button or ***Prepare Environment Report*** button.

After this stage, ***Download*** buttons screens are available to download the report in the desired format. Reports can be downloaded in pdf and excel format.
