# Edit Periodically Report

The periodic report is updated by following the steps below;

1. Click the ***Edit*** button.

2. Edit if necessary in the following fields.

&#x20;     **On General Information tab;**&#x20;

* *Report Name;*&#x20;
* *Mail Content*
* *Status*
* *Usage Gauge*
* *Enabled*
* *Project List*

&#x20;     **On the Timing Issues tab;**

* Start Date
* Report Hour
* End Date

&#x20;     **On the Alert Issues tab;**

* Email address

3. a. Click the ***Save*** button to save changes.

   b. Click the ***Cancel*** button to cancel the definition&#x20;
