# Create Predefined Exception

A new exception definition in the system is made by following the steps below;

1. Click the ***Create*** Predefined Exception button.

2. Select/Enter the following fields in the Predefined Exception Form page;

* Exception Name
* Message to be shown
* Exception Status
* Web, Mobile, Service (select which tests it will be shown on)

3. a. Click the ***Save*** button to save the exception.

   b. Click the ***Cancel*** button to cancel the creating operation.
