📈 Device History

The Device History section provides detailed insights into how devices are used across the platform. This data helps teams track activity, monitor performance, and optimize resource planning.

There are two main views in this section:

• Device Usage Graphics

• Device Usage Logs

📊 Device Usage Graphics

This view presents usage metrics in a visual format. You can track:

• ⏱️ Usage by Time – Total session durations across selected dates

• 👤 Usage by User – Which team members used which devices

• 📱 Usage by Device Type – iOS vs Android breakdown

• 🧾 Total Session Time – Aggregated time devices were in active use

Additional features:

• 📅 Date range selection in the top-right corner

• 📤 Export charts as .xlsx for offline analysis or reporting

📄 Device Usage Logs

This log-based view shows detailed session records for each device.

Column	Description
Device	The name/model of the device used
Serial	Unique serial number of the device
User	Who used the device
Start Date	When the session started
End Date	When the session ended
Duration	Total time the device was in use

Use the top-right date picker to filter logs by a specific time frame. All logs can also be exported in .xlsx format for reporting or audit purposes.

🧠 Use Case Example

Let’s say you want to analyze which devices are most used by your team during release week. Simply:

1. Go to Device History

2. Select the desired date range (e.g., last 7 days)

3. View the Usage by Device Type and Usage by User charts

4. Export the data if needed
