2.5 App Management

App Management allows users to upload, organize, and manage test applications within the Live Testing platform. It supports .apk files for Android and .ipa files for iOS devices.

Uploaded apps can be reused across sessions, improving efficiency and reducing repetitive uploads.

📤 Uploading an Application

To upload a new application:

1. Navigate to the Apps section from the left-side menu.

2. Click the Upload App button.

3. Drag & drop your .apk or .ipa file, or click to browse and select the file.

⚠️ Make sure the filename does not include special characters or spaces.

🗂️ Managing Uploaded Apps

Uploaded applications are listed in a table where you can:

• 📝 Rename the app

• ❌ Delete an app that is no longer needed

• 🔄 Re-upload newer versions if required

Uploaded apps are stored in the cloud and can be reused anytime.

📲 Installing Apps on Devices

When connected to a device:

1. Open the App Selection menu from the left panel.

2. Select one of your previously uploaded apps.

3. Click Install to deploy the app to the connected device.

App installation is instant and does not require re-uploading each time.
