Create New Periodically Reports

The following steps are followed to define a new periodic report in the system;

  1. Click the Create New Schedule.

  1. Enter the following fields in the General Information tab.

  • Report Name

  • Mail Content

  • Status

  • Usage Gauge

  • Enabled

  • Project List

  1. Select the time period to send the report from the Timing Issues tab.

  • Report Frequency

  • Start Date

  • Report Hour

  • End Date

  1. Enter the e-mail address of the contact to which the report will be sent from the Alert Issues tab. On the screen that opens, enter the e-mail address and add this address with the Add button.

  1. a. Click to Save to save the new scheduled report.

    b. Click to Cancel to cancel the report definition process.
