# Create New User

***Create New User*** is the screen where a new user is defined in the system.

The following steps are followed to create a new user;

1. Click the ***Create New User*** button.

2. Enter the following fields in the User Form that opens.

* Username
* Email
* Company Name
* Roles (the user's role on the site is determined here)
* Avaible-User Companies (user can choose company)
* Language
* Timezone
* GIT Access (provides access to Test Codes)
* Enabled

3. a. Click the ***Save*** button to save new user.

&#x20;      b. Click the ***Cancel*** button to cancel the definition&#x20;
